Reyn Xpress provides package forwarding, shipping, and delivery services from international warehouses to customers in Jamaica. Our services include:

2. Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate personal information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Reyn Xpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are based on weight, size, and destination of packages.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and import duties on their packages.
Reyn Xpress is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD).
All fees must be settled before final delivery, except for COD orders.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in account suspension or service denial.
5. Storage and Handling
Packages may be held in our warehouses for a limited time at no charge, as per promotions.
Additional storage beyond the free period may incur storage fees, which will be communicated in advance.
Packages not collected or shipped within the specified time may be disposed of at Reyn Xpress’s discretion.
